2024 Trailblazer Awardees

We are thrilled to announce the recipients of the 2024 Trailblazer Awards! The Trailblazer Award funds innovative and collaborative community-engaged research projects that aim to improve health outcomes, address social determinants of health (SDoH), and enhance health equity across Indiana. This year’s awardees have demonstrated exceptional commitment to fostering healthier communities through their groundbreaking projects.

The selected projects span a diverse range of focus areas, including nutrition and physical activity interventions, assessing symptom severity among individuals experiencing homelessness, cancer risk assessment, and supporting the resilience, wellness, and health literacy of immigrant communities in Indiana.

Please join us in congratulating the 2024 Trailblazer Awardees as they embark on their journey to create meaningful change and improve the health and well-being of our communities. Stay tuned for more details about their inspiring projects and the positive impact they will have on health equity in Indiana.
