2024 Trailblazer Awardees

We are thrilled to announce the recipients of the 2024 Trailblazer Awards! The Trailblazer Award funds innovative and collaborative community-engaged research projects that aim to improve health outcomes, address social determinants of health (SDoH), and enhance health equity across Indiana.
