Thriving Connections Across Our Communities

Monon Collaborative
We are working with partners across the state to build healthy communities, starting along the historic Monon Trail—where communities 15 miles apart have a 15-year difference in life expectancy.

Public Deliberation
We are collaborating with the public to co-create guidelines for biobanks that better address public interest and questions related to data, research results, and processing.

Wellbeing Informed by Science & Evidence (WISE)
We partner with IDOH Indiana Family & Social Services Administration to engage Indiana’s academic experts to evaluate and inform state practices, programs, and policies.

Connections IN Health
With IDOH and the IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center we address and improve chronic health conditions using local community coalition-based approaches.

SEED/STEM
In partnership with the American Chemical Society,provide summer career exploration experiences in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields for high school students in Indiana.

Together with Ivy Tech, we are offering immersive research experiences for students enrolled at Ivy Tech to expand training in biomedical and life sciences areas.
