The mission of Community Health Partnerships (CHeP) is to improve the health of Indiana residents through community-university partnerships.

We believe it takes both research and community to understand what health improvement looks like and how it can be made a reality.

We help connect leaders in community health and research faculty by:

  • creating community-university partners through our network,
  • engaging patients throughout all phases of research,
  • providing pilot funding for community-based studies in health,
  • hosting training events and networking meetings.

CHeP’s network connects you to leaders in community and health research throughout Indiana. Members of the network receive quarterly newsletters with funding updates and other useful information about research in community health and have access to CHeP’s services. Please join us!
