Write down your care routine, including mealtimes, exercise routines, blood sugar checks, and medication doses.

Create reminders on sticky notes, your phone, or another way that works for you.

Be mindful about making time for your routine. Follow it intentionally.

Problem-solving is key. Identify barriers to your diabetes care routine, and brainstorm ways to overcome those barriers. Reach out to your health care provider for advice.
