The Rural Health Information Hub has recently released their evidence-based, easy to use Rural Food Access Toolkit. Compiled of promising models and helpful resources, this toolkit aims to support any organization implementing food access programs in rural communities across the country. Comprised of seven modules, the toolkit makes exploring information on food security programs as easy as touching a button.
