“Just as lab safety training is essential for every researcher, this program should be considered a core part of entering the laboratory environment. It provides an interactive, safe, and highly engaging space to learn, ask questions, and discuss real cases related to laboratory management, research integrity, compliance, and data stewardship. The program reinforces the culture of accountability, ethical research practices, and responsible scientific conduct that are critical in today’s research environment.” – IU LEARN Participant
