QIAGEN’s Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) is a software package that allows an investigator to analyze large datasets such as RNA sequencing, proteomics, and metabolomics to identify pathways, diseases and functions that may be related to the dataset. Indiana CTSI has an organization-wide license that allows investigators to sub-license this software. It will run on most workstations (Windows & Mac) because the bulk of the analysis is run on QIAGEN’s computers. Each year, the CTSI arranges introductory training at Indianapolis, West Lafayette and Notre Dame. You may register for any of the locations. You do not have to be a current licensee. You will use your own laptop for the training.
