Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institutes celebrates holiday season

December 13, 2022

On Thursday, December 8, staff and faculty from across the Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CTSI) gathered at the HITS building to celebrate the holiday season with a potluck style luncheon. Indiana CTSI co-directors Sarah Wiehe, MD, MPH and Sharon Moe, MD, spoke briefly to express their thanks to the team for all of the hard work taken on over the last year.

Attendees were treated to main dish options from City Barbecue, as well as side dishes and desserts supplied by their colleagues. The event was well attended with more than 60 Indiana CTSI employees showing up to enjoy the festivities.

“It was so nice to be invited to the holiday luncheon,” said Samantha Scahill, project manager for the office of the Executive Associate Dean for Research Affairs at IU School of Medicine. “I enjoyed reconnecting with familiar faces. It was especially nice to see people in person since we only connect by email, phone and Zoom these days!”
