Indiana Joint Asthma Coalition
The Indiana Joint Asthma Coalition (InJAC) exists to improve the health of all Indiana residents with asthma. It does this through community collaboration to optimize wellness and decrease the burden of asthma.
Vision & Mission
Our vision is to decrease the burden of asthma in the state of Indiana.
The coalition is doing this through:
- Developing and implementing the Indiana State Asthma Plan
- Providing asthma-related trainings and presentations across the state
- Working collaboratively and constructively with the Indiana Department of Health and other state agencies
- Increasing public awareness of asthma as a serious chronic disease, as well as improving the knowledge and skills of patients, particularly among high-risk populations
Membership
The coalition has members across the state. Check out the map to learn more about our coalition members.
