The Indiana CTSI’s 2026 Annual Meeting is on Friday, September 18. This year, our theme is “Genetic Medicine from Sequence to Solution.” Renowned muscular dystrophy researcher Kevin P. Campbell, PhD, the winner of the 2026 August M. Watanabe Prize in Translational Research, will deliver the keynote address.

Indiana CTSI Co-Directors Sharon Moe, MD, and Sarah Wiehe, MD, MPH, look forward to convening researchers, trainees, students and staff in Indianapolis to engage with an impressive lineup of researchers from across the state who will present their research, engage with each other, and answer your questions.

Throughout the day, a wide array of disciplines and perspectives will be in conversation with each other, with presentations on gene and cell therapies, precision medicine, rare disease diagnosis, pharmacogenomics, regulatory issues and more.

Attendees and speakers will also have substantial opportunities to network and socialize with one another, including a reception after the meeting concludes.
