Four statewide initiatives, Indiana Healthy Weight Initiative, Cardiovascular and Diabetes Coalition of Indiana, Indiana Joint Asthma Coalition and Cancer Control, will come together on Thursday, September 19, 9a-3p at the NCAA Hall of Champions in Indianapolis.
Coalition development expert, Dr. Fran Butterfoss, will facilitate the event and will help us ignite our work!
