The Connections IN Health Team invites our members, partners, volunteers and colleagues to join us for a celebration of success on Friday, December 11 from 11am-1pm via zoom.  We plan to provide opportunities to network with other professionals, celebrate coalition successes and learn about the importance of story telling.
