The Engineering Solutions in Pediatric Healthcare Symposium is on April 27 from 1-4:30 p.m. (Eastern). The goal of this event is to discuss the intersection of engineering and medicine in pediatric healthcare.
Hear from faculty and clinicians from Purdue’s Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering, Indiana University School of Medicine, Riley Children’s Hospital and industry experts from Cook Medical.
Topics include:
- History of biomedical engineering and pediatrics research at Purdue
- What research is going on now to treat pediatric disease
- Discuss how we can increase collaborative opportunities and overcome challenges in the development and translation of pediatric medical devices
