The Connections IN Health County Engagement Team, including Purdue Extension Jennings County Educators and Community Wellness Coordinator, local coalition members, Qsource and Jennings County community members, heard from people who live, work and play in Jennings County about successes and challenges related to health. Join us to hear a summary of what was learned. Local groups and project leaders will share what they are doing to help improve the health of Jennings County residents and how you can get involved.
