The Indiana CTSI provides access to the QIAGEN Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) Tool
The Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) Tool provides software and a curated database for the analysis of complex ‘omics data. IPA algorithms, combined with rich content, provide unique advanced analysis capabilities to help you identify the most significant pathways, whether they are activated or inhibited, and discover potential novel regulatory networks and causal relationships associated with your experimental data.
The CTSI multi-user license renews annually on July 1 and includes:
- Analysis Match and Land Explorer features.
- 2 concurrent users
- Pricing:
- Each lab/group will be charged an hourly rate for their IPA usage, pro-rated by the minute.
- The starting rate is $100/hr and will decrease after reaching specified usage levels.
- For example, every lab/group will pay $100 per hour for the first 25 hours of usage, then they will pay $90/hr for the next 25 hrs (up to 50 hrs), $80/hr for usage between 50 and 75 hrs, $70/hr for usage between 75 and 100 hrs, etc.
- Usage will be billed quarterly.
- Each lab may request access for multiple users on their sublicense. Individuals should use their own log in as Qiagen limits the number of computers a single username can be used on.
