The Connections IN Health Marion County Steering Committee, including IU Health, Purdue Extension, Southeast Neighborhood Development (SEND), the Concord Neighborhood Center, and Southeast Community Services, heard from people who live, work and play in Marion County about successes and challenges related to health.
