Learning Objectives:  Participants in this conference should be able to:

• Identify subject matter experts in the MLP field via built-in networking time and plenaries
• Distinguish between different MLP models.  There will be concurrent breakout sessions focused on implementing and expanding MLP in FQHC, emergency room, and specialty care clinic environments
• Identify specific health-legal interventions on a current issue: Lunchtime plenary panel on addressing the opioid crisis with legal tools
• Assess opportunities to create health-legal interventions via subject matter/implementation round-tables at end of the day
