Webinar series – Integration of Research, Teaching and Learning

The NSF-sponsored Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching and Learning is hosting this two-part webinar series that will address the intersection of STEM education with civic learning.  This session will introduce national work on civic learning and democratic engagement, with a particular emphasis on applications for the STEM classroom.  During the webinar, participants will identify and discuss relevant conceptual frameworks, draft a civic learning goal and sketch out the design of an assignment that integrates a civic learning and STEM learning goal.
