The Women in Global Health – Midwest Chapter’s Fall Meeting will be on Thursday, October 7 from 12 pm – 3 pm (EST). This event will highlight several Indiana University faculty members engaged in global health.
Women in Global Health (WGH) is an organization built on a global movement that brings together all genders and backgrounds to achieve gender equality in global health leadership. WGH creates a platform for discussions and collaborative space for leadership, facilitates specific education and training, garners support and commitment from the global community, and demands for Gender Transformative Leadership. Our specific chapter, WGH-Midwest, specifically focuses on bringing together Midwestern academic institutions to further advance gender equity and the role of women in global health.
