The Indiana Rural Health Association (IRHA) will be hosting the Spring Into Quality Symposium on March 30 in Plainfield. The event will include presentations on Community Engagement, Population Health Models, Collaborative Care Programs and MIPS + Lean.
Presenters will provide insight and info for attendees to utilize in their own work. In addition to the presentations, attendees of the day-long event will receive valuable subject-matter materials, networking opportunities and door prizes from vendors, as well as lunch.
