For new Principal Investigators (PIs) of human subjects research coming to Indiana University, the Indiana CTSI and the Office of Research Compliance (ORC) have developed a process to ensure a smooth transition of active studies from the Principal Investigator’s previous institution to IU.
Information Needed for PI Transfer:
- Funding source
- Enrollment status
- Plans to recruit subjects at IU
- The transfer of any biological samples to IU
