The Indiana CTSI  provides FULL LICENSE access to Systems Biology Solutions from Thomson Reuters to all Indiana CTSI Investigators.

This includes the MetaCoreTM pathway analysis suite.  The annual usage charge is $1780.22, significantly lower than an individual investigator license (at $6868) when purchased directly from Thomson Reuters.  We require that a university account number be provided up front to cover the usage charge.  Notre Dame will waive fees in some instances.

Log-in Instructions: When you log-in to your Thomson Reuters account under the Indiana CTSI license you will be required to provide the university account number and, once you provide the account number you will be able to continue seamlessly and you will not be asked to re-enter the account until annual renewal of the license.  Contact us to receive a demonstration using your dataset.
