MetaCore training for the Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CTSI) will be on Tuesday, April 6 from 12:00-1:30 pm. The event will be hosted by Kinsi Oberoi, Solution Scientist, Clarivate.
MetaCore is a pathway analysis solution with over 2 million manually curated molecular interactions, 1500+ pathway maps as well as tools to analyze “OMICS” data.
Come to this introductory session to learn:
- Main capabilities of the platform, such as knowledge mining, experimental data analysis, and network building.
- Why MetaCore? – How does it compare to other pathway analysis tools?
- Q&A – Stay for 30 extra minutes and have a discussion with us.
During the session, the event organizers will run a survey to help design the next hands-on Advanced Training for Indiana CTSI on April 13, so feel free to bring suggestions!
