The Indiana CTSI promotes and supports collaboration across the country to achieve impact through translational science. Here are a few of our collaborative partners listed below.
PCORnet
PCORnet is the National Patient-Centered Research Network of PCORI. PCORnet is “designed to make it faster, easier, and less costly to conduct clinical research than is now possible by harnessing the power of large amounts of health data and patient partnerships.”
Visit the PCORnet site here for resources and collaboration opportunities.
Greater Plains Collaborative
The Indiana CTSI is a collaborative member of the Greater Plains Collaborative, which is one of more than dozen Clinical Data Research Networks supported by PCORnet.
The Greater Plains Collaborative provides opportunities such as:
- Development and validation of computable phenotypes (algorithms to identify patients)
- Prep to Research activities such as obtaining counts for feasibility or sample size estimates
- Research on de-identified and limited electronic health record data
- Identification of patients across the Greater Plains Collaborative CDRN…and more!
