Preventing Heart Disease & Stroke – A Training for Community Health Workers

The Cardiovascular and Diabetes Coalition of Indiana is pleased to announce the launch of Preventing Heart Disease & Stroke – A Training for Community Health Workers. This free online training was created in partnership by the Indiana Community Health Workers Association (INCHWA) and the Indiana Department of Health. The curriculum includes four modules (20-30 minutes each), as well as pre and post-tests. Those who complete all modules will receive a certificate of completion. To access the course, click here.
