The Hoosier Health and Wellness Alliance seeks to implement health-focused initiatives that focus on the reduction of risk factors specifically related to obesity. The Initiative partners with state- and community-based coalitions in an effort to improve the overall quality of living for Indiana residents. The Initiative also works to support Indiana’s Comprehensive Nutrition & Physical Activity Plan.
