Taiwan has been at the forefront of infection control measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. They have also seen drastic decreases in influenza diagnoses in office visits, positive lab tests for influenza, and confirmed severe cases in the first 12 weeks of 2020 compared with the same period of 2019.
