Anantha Shekhar, MD, PhD, is leaving IU after nearly 40 years of dedicated service. He’s leaving huge shoes to fill as he vacates his many posts, including as executive associate dean for research affairs for IU School of Medicine, founding director of the Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute, distinguished professor, associate vice president for clinical affairs, and executive vice president of academic affairs for clinical research at IU Health.
Through the many hats he has worn over the years, and his commitment to collaboration, he has no doubt touched your life too. So please, take a minute to share (via comment below) with Dr. Shekhar what he has meant to you during his time at IU and wish him well down in the “Pitts”!
