The Connections IN Health County Engagement Team, including Purdue Extension Madison County Educator and Community Wellness Coordinator, Purdue University I-HOPE and Madison County community members, heard from people who live, work and play in Madison County about successes and challenges related to health. Join us to hear a summary of what was learned. Local groups and project leaders will share what they are doing to help improve the health of Madison County residents and how you can get involved.
