March is here and so is the return of warmer weather, spring allergies and asthma triggers. Most of us look forward to the higher temperatures, the trees leafing out, grass greening up and flowers budding. However, people with allergies and asthma often struggle this time of year with environmental triggers from pollen, trees, and grass.
