The Connections IN Health Team is excited to go on the road in 2022 with regional events instead of hosting the annual conference! We hope that by doing so, more of our community members and partners will be able to attend and take advantage of learning more about the project, networking with likeminded people, and some professional development opportunities.
The first stop of our tour will feature Grant and Blackford Counties, where there will be an opportunity to learn more about what our community partners have been doing to address the health challenges in their communities.
In addition, partners from the Indiana Healthy Opportunities for People Everywhere (I-HOPE) team will also be joining the first roadshow stop. I-HOPE is a statewide initiative that aims to reduce health disparities for better health outcomes by supporting communities with innovative tools for building collaboration, hearing the voice of the community, and guiding participants to action. Connections IN Health will be partnering with various I-HOPE regional teams as they continue to engage in counties across the state.
