Join the Cardiovascular and Diabetes Coalition of Indiana for lunch provided by Ivy Tech and enjoy an insightful discussion with Dr. Jerome Adams about all things health equity. Center for Health Equity and Innovation (CHEqI) director, Jasmine Gonzalvo, will be speaking with former US Surgeon General and current Executive Director of Purdue’s Health Equity Initiatives, Dr. Jerome Adams, about the systemic constructs that have brought us to this point, and what comes next for a more equitable and sustainable health environment. Lunch is free, admission is free, and there will be a photo opportunity with Dr. Adams following the discussion. In-person attendance is encouraged, zoom option is available.
